Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Send your return to our distribution center using a traceable shipping method; please note that shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, a refund or credit will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
